I graduated 2 years ago. Can I still apply for the Vodafone MBA intake?

We’d prefer you to have graduated within the last 12 months. If it has been longer than this, please feel free to visit our careers section at www.vodafone.com/careers and search for a vacancy that might be more suitable for you.

If Vodafone doesn't come to my campus will my application still be considered?

We’ve partnered with a few chosen business schools and will recruit at various events globally, but you can also apply online if you think you have what we’re looking for.

What are the basic skills sets and qualifications required?

While skills requirements vary depending on the position you are seeking, we’ll always require a strong and consistent academic background, as well as evidence of personal motivation and ambition. Excellent leadership qualities and high potential are a must. A proven interest in the Telco/Technical sector will also hold you in good stead.

Can I send a copy of my CV directly to a HR person instead of applying online?

No, all applications must be submitted online.

Will Vodafone pay for me to relocate?

If a domestic move is required, we’ll make your move as easy as possible though this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis dependent upon your circumstances. For international moves you’ll receive full support where applicable.

Can you tell me what the salary is for a position before I apply?

We’re proud to offer an excellent remuneration package for its positions. Full salary details will be discussed at the interview stage.

Will I be required to travel?

We’re a global business so depending on the area of the business you work in, you may be required to travel from time to time. Sometimes this can be for short periods, as little as one day, or for longer periods. We of course cover all costs for any business travel.

Will my performance be regularly reviewed?

Achieving great business performance requires the collaborative and continuing contribution of all of us. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss and record your individual performance goals and personal career development plan along the way. Can I apply if I require a work permit?

If you are selected and are an overseas candidate who requires a work permit, we may seek a permit on your behalf. Any offer will be subject to a work permit being issued.

You have invited me to take part in a final round interview/assessment in a location outside of my current country of residence. Will my travel expenses be covered?

You’ll receive more information regarding local reimbursement procedures and expense policy in the event that your final round interviews take place at a location that requires you to travel.
