As part of our Discover programme, you’ll take advantage of a global network spanning 20 countries. Over the course of 2 years, you’ll enjoy three different rotations in three different areas of the business. We’re committed to developing and inspiring fresh talent so you can expect plenty of support and guidance as you develop your skills in your chosen field.

After those two years you will become eligible for the Columbus Programme, an accelerated career path that will take you into an international assignment. Columbus was designed to develop internationally minded individuals with the potential and capability to become our future leaders.
