As a long-term, committed, responsible employer and major investor in many countries with relatively high levels of youth unemployment, we believe we should do what we can to help ensure that young people have the skills to prosper in a digital working world. Launched in March 2018, our goals are:

  • to support 10 million young people to access digital skills and job opportunities by 2022
  • to expand our existing graduate, apprenticeship, internship and work experience schemes worldwide to reach a total of up to 100,000 young people by 2022
