VODAFONE AWARDED FROST AND SULLIVAN’S COMPANY OF THE YEAR FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Based on recent analysis of the European cloud communications and contact centre industry, Frost & Sullivan has recognised Vodafone with the latest Company of the Year award. Frost & Sullivan cited that Vodafone stands out as a leader among European service providers with its compelling cloud communications and contact centre proposition and solid growth metrics.

Frost & Sullivan Program Director, Connected Work, Elka Popova’s own summary of Vodafone’s performance: “For the second consecutive year, Vodafone has earned our Company of the Year award for its considerable accomplishments in the European cloud communications and contact centre market. Factors that have contributed to Vodafone’s success include: ability to identify unmet customer needs; development of visionary scenarios based on in-depth understanding of mega trends; strong financial performance; price/performance value; superior customer purchase experience; and brand equity.”
