It’s great to see this acknowledgement of our position in the market. I believe we continue to be at the forefront in offering our customers always-on connectivity, helping them stay connected wherever they are in the world. Today, millions of people worldwide benefit from using our 4G, 5G and fixed services. Tens of thousands of customers are able to rely on our networks and take advantage of the high-quality digital experiences we provide.

Giorgio Migliarina, Director of Products and Services at Vodafone Business

What do we think makes us stand out from the rest?

The quality of network coverage we provide to customers wherever they are. Across the globe, our network reaches 184 countries, and we have our own mobile network in 21 countries.

And we also now offer 5G in 12 markets, covering almost 250 European cities.

We provide always-on connectivity to our customers, wherever they are, and deliver a consistently excellent experience. If you want to find out how excellent, ask us about our NPS scores.

We are committed to delivering sustainable telecoms. We are leading the way in Europe with our green network, which is now powered by 100% renewable energy.

As a business, our goal is to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2040.

Our Green zero carbon DLM (Device Lifecycle Management) service, which we launched last year, is already proving popular with our customers. End-of-contract mobile phones and tablets are redeployed and refurbished. Those devices that cannot be refurbished are all recycled.

Then when we acquire phones and tablets, we also collect an equivalent number of scrap devices from Africa on a one-to-one basis and recycle these in Europe, ensuring minerals go back into the value chain.

And we invest in the Kasigau Corridor Redd+ Project, which protects forests, wildlife and communities in Kenya. We mitigate all the carbon emissions generated through the complete device lifecycle, ensuring it’s Carbon neutral.

With this approach, we help our customers to minimize waste. And they know they’re contributing to the circular economy. It helps us ensure we’re working in a more sustainable way.

Giving our customers peace of mind is central to our connectivity services, when it comes to managing and securing their fleet of mobile devices, whether phones or tablets.

Customers value our DLM and UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) services. Combined, they let customers manage and secure their fleet of mobile devices.

Our DLM service is our established, cost-effective and secure solution for customers, simplifying the management of their device estate across the full lifecycle.

Customers can remotely manage and secure their mobile phones and tablets with our UEM managed service, which provides cloud-based mobile device management.

Additionally, our Mobile Threat Defense and managed security solutions provide an added layer of protection.

And because we all want a cost-effective solution, pricing and spend management is a priority for us. We ensure our customers benefit from competitive pricing. That includes when roaming.

With our Red Tariff, customers receive the flexible, predictable pricing that they’re looking for. At the same time, our TEM solution allows customers to proactively manage their spend by providing transparency and granular detail on their bills.
