To help you understand the process of creating written references such as case studies and what is required of you, we have outlined the standard process in this section. We appreciate your time is valuable, so have aimed to make the process simple and effective, taking up as little of your time as possible.

(1) Participation

Once you’ve agreed to participate, we will work with your company’s communications department to gain approval for the different reference activities you are able to participate in.

(2) Interview preparation

A writer will contact you to arrange a 30 minute telephone interview at a time to suit you.

(3) Interview and approval

The first draft will be sent to you for your comments and final approval. No written material will be released without your prior permission.

What we need from you:

  • 30 minutes of your time to take part in a telephone interview

  • You to review the text once written and provide us with any comments/feedback

  • A signed approval form for the completed reference
