Leading Industry analyst firm, Frost & Sullivan, names Vodafone 2017 European Cloud Communications and Contact Centers Company of the Year.
We have been recognised as company of the year by Frost & Sullivan for our “visionary strategy and effective execution” and for demonstrating excellence in growth, innovation, and leadership. Frost & Sullivan cited Vodafone’s broad solutions portfolio and compelling functionality delivered at competitive price points.

Vodafone was assessed using Frost & Sullivan’s customised Decision Support Scorecard – a method that benchmarks the company against competitors in two key areas Visionary Innovation & Performance and Customer Impact. Vodafone outclassed its competitors in both performance areas and emerged as the clear leader overall.
