For the fourth consecutive year, Gartner has positioned Vodafone as a “Visionary” in its Magic Quadrant for Managed Mobility Services, Worldwide report

We believe the report reflects the positive experience our customers have had and the positive feedback they’ve given in areas such as programme management, technical capabilities and stability and quality of service.

When assessing our Managed Mobility Services, Gartner looked at two key areas:

  1. Completeness of vision – our understanding of the market, marketing strategy, sales strategy, product strategy, business model, industry strategy, innovation and geographic strategy
  2. Ability to execute– our product/service offering, overall viability, sales execution/pricing, market responsiveness, market execution, customer experience and operations

With large multinational enterprises across the world rapidly adopting mobile technology and mobile working, employees increasingly expect remote access and real-time collaboration via the tools of their choice.

In addition to catering for these growing expectations, there’s a massive opportunity for enterprises to become more productive and efficient by delivering the right mobile strategy for their business.

Thanks to our mobile heritage and expertise, the breadth and depth of our global network and a comprehensive service offering, Vodafone is best placed to help large multinational organisations achieve this.
