For the 2nd year running, Vodafone will be lead sponsors of the Telegeography WAN Summit in London, the major industry event specifically focusing on Enterprise Networks across customer and vendor perspectives.
On October 17th Peter Terry-Brown, Vodafone's Director of Unified Communications and Connectivity will be delivering the keynote speech ‘How smart networks are changing the corporate WAN'. The network is finally becoming programmable, and this is changing how corporations design, buy, and implement changes to their networks. This keynote will highlight what changes the SDx technologies are bringing and what business problems they can solve for the IT team and the WAN manager.
Peter will be providing insights and guidance on the evolution of the Wide Area Networks, with the introduction of Software Defined Network (SDN) and Network Function Virtualisation (NFV) technology, drawing reference to Vodafone Ready Network, our enhanced global network platform.
