Our driver is to ensure our MNC customers can achieve significantly improved cost management across their global communications estate . To achieve this we are committed to provide the best tools and resources to achieve customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.

What is Telecoms expense management?

Telecoms expense management (TEM) brings a broad range of disparate information together into one unified suite of reports, allowing management scrutiny on a macro level – enabling reasoned decisions on future communications strategy to be made – and on the micro level – ensuring the correct contracted rates are applied to each device, inventory is being managed properly and staff are encouraged to make the best use of the technology.

That is why our offering has now become even more competitive with the acquisition of two telecom expense management expert companies; Quickcomm and TnT Expense Management - both brand leaders according to Gartner.

About TnT Expense Management

TnT Expense Management provides specialist TEM services to multi-national clients, largely in finance. Some of those clients were already our customers. TnT Expense Management was founded in 1999, and its headquarters and global network operations centre remain in Sandy Hook, Connecticut with sales offices in New York, California, Germany, France and UK.

The TnT Expense Management brand will devolve over time to become known as Vodafone Telecoms Expense Management. The service – matching intelligent automated tools with highly qualified professional analysts– remains, and all 85 staff have joined us. CEO Michael Bodetti is now head of the Vodafone Global Enterprise global service operations centre.
