Overview

Providing a strategic approach to your telecommunications investment

At entry level, Vodafone Telecoms Management is a sophisticated reporting platform that shows how your telecoms spend breaks down, throughout your corporate structure to end user level. It gives you detailed inventory-level insight, so you can identify inefficiency and discover how to streamline your processes.

We load billing data (invoices) into the platform on your behalf. We build the inventory based on information you provide and host the platform – freeing up your internal time and resources. This enables you to shift to a more strategic and flexible approach to telecoms management.

How it works

Vodafone Telecoms Management - Entry Level is hosted and maintained by us on a fully accredited Vodafone Central Hosting Platform. It’s an online service that’s easy to manage and use, and it’s available in a number of different currencies. We build and maintain all Vodafone and carrier data feeds, retrieving electronic billing data (invoices) as it becomes available and loading it directly into the VTM platform on a monthly basis. We import any changes provided by the customer so they can report on aspects of their spend and usage against their own cost centre hierarchy and telecoms inventory.

We host the system’s unique inventory exchange across locations, cost centres and business units within the platform, which is designed with a standard maintenance process for simple inventory update and management. We generate detailed inventory-based spend and usage reporting and analyses for visibility across your communications infrastructure, unlike standard spend reporting solutions.
