SIP or Session Initiation Protocol is a signalling and call set-up protocol for IP based communications, most commonly used for voice and video calling over an IP network. Vodafone Global SIP is part of our Next Generation Network portfolio for global enterprises. It uses Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology to connect your private branch exchange (PBX) to the internet, replacing the conventional telephone trunk line.
